Ms. Felinton is a member of the Pennsylvania, Florida and Maryland Bars. She was an Assistant State Attorney and as a special prosecutor handled animal abuse cases. Many of her cases have been profiled on television, radio, and in the international press. She is a member of the Maryland Bar Association, a member of the Maryland Animal Law Committee, the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Germantown Gaithersburg Chamber of Commerce, and Chairperson for the development committee for GROWS (Grass Roots Organization for the Welfare of Seniors). She works closely with local and national animal rescue groups and humane socities.
Ms. Felinton contributes pro bono services to assist local charitable organizations.
